HOMEWORK

EVERYONE will have a homework assignment each week.  The assignment will
consist of some sort of exercise that is based on areas of need.  Also, each
person will be required to do some form of cardio on each off day.  There will be a
clipboard with a sign-in sheet that you will sign on those days.  Every single
person in this class has a gym membership at this point, so there are no
excuses.  If a problem arises that you cannot do so, feel free to call or email me.  
Remember, we are here to IMPROVE so let’s do everything in our power to make
these 5 weeks the most productive we can.

There are many things that can be done
to help improve yourself overall.  Proper
nutrition is a main priority.  Without it,
very little progress will be made.  Fit 4
Life Metabolic Programs is an option
offered at a large discount to Boot Camp
members.  It’s a great way to maximize
your 5-week experience.  If you would
like to have your weight, body fat, and
measurements taken before and at the
end of camp, feel free to make an
appointment.  Nutritional counseling is
also available to everyone.  There are
no extra charges for these services
(obviously excluding Fit 4 Life).
