What is Down Range?

This course will consist of:

MILITARY-STYLE TRAINING (all levels):
Training which consists of using your own body weight to build a lean
muscular body, circuit training without weights or machines. High Intensity
is necessary in this course and WILL be fulfilled by pushing your body to its
limits with proper training and conditioning. Calisthenics, running, aerobics,
and resistance training will be intermingled. Reaching a threshold that will
change you forever.

PHYSICAL TRAINING:
Running, calisthenics, etc. Participants' current physical conditioning will be
taken into consideration, but it will also be improved.  Those with certain
limitations will be given alternate things to do, or will be allowed to perform
each exercise at their own pace.

DEVELOPMENT OF NATURAL, LEAN MUSCLE TONE:
With or without weights, this can be accomplished. Lightweights and high
repetitions and little rest in between. Proper breathing is also very
important. Definition, weight loss, and/or body fat % loss will also result.

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING:
Individuals will be given tips and advice on nutritional habits and given nutritional
goals that are realistic and achievable each week.
